Q. Where is my nearest Tiger Feet Branch?
A. We have several branches throughout the UK. Your nearest Branch is Nottingham (10 Dabell Avenue, Nottingham, NG6 8WA),which is around a 3-hour drive away.

Q. If I shop at another branch, do I need to re-register?
A. No, your account will work in all our branches and on the web; all terms will remain in line with your current branch account.
Q. How do I shop online?
Use our online store at www.tigerfeet.com. Make sure to log in to access your wholesale prices. If you’ve forgotten your website password, simply go to the login page, enter your email address, and click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset it.
Q. How quickly can I get my goods if I order online?
A. One of the great reasons to shop online with Tiger Feet is that we offer same-day dispatch for all orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday. You can select next-day courier or Saturday delivery to have your goods arrive with you the next day.
Q. Is there a minimum spend online?
A. There is no minimum spend online, and we offer free UK Mainland next-day delivery on orders over £90. If your order is under £90 you can still get free delivery by selecting the DPD courier option and entering code BRIS-SHIPPING.
Q. I don’t want to or can’t shop online, what can I do?
You can email a list of what you need to help@tigerfeet.com giving as much detail as possible, we can arrange to pick your stock from one of our other branches and get it delivered to you. It may take slightly longer for your stock to arrive with you compared to ordering directly on our website.
Q. How can I get helium gas?
A. We are working with BOC so that you will be able to buy gas online and pick it up and drop it off at a local BOC gas & gear site. We will send further details once confirmed.
Q. I have a gas bottle. What happens next?
A. You can return your bottle to any of our other branches and we are working with BOC to enable local exchanges in your area. If you want to return your bottle now, you can take it to a local BOC Gas & Gear shop. Please get a receipt showing the barcode of the returned bottle and forward a copy of that along with your Tiger Feet account details to help@tigerfeet.com
Q. Can I get all the products I used to buy in the branch via your online store?
A. Our website has 20,000+ products listed, and we are actively increasing this based on our branches' stock list to ensure you can get everything you need from www.tigerfeet.com
Q. I have a credit account. Will this remain open?
A. All credit accounts will be reviewed with customers on an individual basis to ensure we can continue to support you. Shopping at our other branches or using our online store, www.tigerfeet.com, will keep your credit account active.
Q. What happens if I want to return something?
A. Any returns will need to be returned or posted to your nearest branch; all returns will be managed in accordance with our current Tiger Feet return policy.
