Yes, you will need to create an account when placing an order online. By having an online account with us, you will be able to:

•    Track your order.
•    View your order history.
•    View your in-store orders.

Right now, we deliver to mainland UK, The Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands & Islands, Scilly Isles, and Northern Ireland.

We are always expanding our geographic scope, so if we don’t deliver to you yet, check back for future updates.

Yes, as an established wholesaler, we only sell to retail.

We will not sell to the general public as it is not our policy to compete with our own customers.


 

All prices are wholesale, excluding VAT.

There is no minimum order value. Delivery charges vary based on amount ordered.

Orders between £0 and £90 (before VAT) are subject to a delivery charge. Orders over £90 qualify for FREE delivery.

To add items to a basket, browse through the site and click on the desired product. Select any options like quantity, then click the “Add to Basket” button. You can continue shopping and add more items in the same way. When you're ready to purchase, go to your basket, this can be found in the top right corner of the page. Review your items, and click “Checkout.” Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.

Payments can be made on the completion of your order using Credit / Debit Card & PayPal including Paypal Finance & Paypal Pay in 3. Payments on account are also available for select customers. 

To find an invoice on our website, start by clicking the account icon in the top right corner of the page. From here, select “Orders.” You’ll see a list of your past purchases—simply locate the order you're interested in, and click on it to view and download the invoice.

All orders are shipped the same day providing they are placed before 3pm for DHL/DPD and 12pm for Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary, for more information, please visit our shipping policy here.

All UK Mainland deliveries are sent by DHL, DPD or Royal Mail. You can choose your preference at the checkout page. 

  • Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Saturday Delivery is available, depot dependant, usually with an additional surcharge.
  • Automatic redelivery will be attempted the next working day if no one is available to accept delivery on the first attempt.
  • Items will be returned to us on third delivery attempt.

Once your order has been processed in the warehouse, you’ll receive an email from your chosen courier with a tracking number. Use this on the courier’s website to track your delivery.

*Please note: Royal Mail orders are non-tracked and will only update once a delivery attempt is made. If 1st class hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, or 2nd class within 14 working days, please contact our customer service team on 01132 000 262.

Problems with delivery must be notified to the customer service team within 28 days of invoice. When you contact customer services please have to hand your account number and the order number of the delivery in question. Our Customer Services can be contacted on 0330 124 8366 (weekdays, 9am to 4:30pm)

Same Day Shipping for orders placed before 3pm (DHL/DPD only, 12pm Rpyal Mail).  

Standard delivery can take up to 3 working days after the day of dispatch.

All available items will be sent out immediately.  If items have been delivered then you will need to follow our returns procedure. Please note we only accept refunds on damaged goods or incorrect deliveries.

Once logged in, online & POS invoices can be viewed in My account. For an overall account balance, please contact our Accounts Team on 0161 871 4450.

Once logged in, your contact details can be seen in My account > Company details. You can edit your addres and company details from here.
