Yes, you will need to create an account to place an order online. By having an online account with us, you will be able to:

•    Track your order.
•    View your order history.
•    View your in-store orders.

We deliver to Mainland UK, The Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands & Islands, Scilly Isles, and Northern Ireland.
 

Outside these areas?
If you're outside these areas or want to export our products you can still order from us.We can deliver your order to your frieght forwarder for onward transport to your country.
Register your business
using the business address in your home country and when you get to checkout enter your UK frieght forwarders address as the delivery address (please include any reference numbers they may need in the delivery address).
We can let you know the number of boxes and weights and dimentions for your order and provide a commercial invoice.
You'll need to pay for the goods and UK VAT when you place your order - once you have proof of export you can email that to help@tigerfeet.com and we will refund the VAT. Any questions please pop on the live chat or email help@tigerfeet.com.

 

As an established wholesaler, our cash and carry stores are only available to trade customers.

 


 

All prices are in our cash and carry are wholesale, excluding VAT. VAT will be added on your receipt at the till.

When you log into your account on our website you can choose whether to view prices including or excluding VAT.

There is no minimum order value on our website. Delivery charges vary based on amount ordered.

Orders up to £90 (before VAT) placed on our website are subject to a delivery charge. Orders over £90 qualify for FREE delivery.

Once you've registered, browse through our site and add items to your basket. When you're ready to purchase, go to your basket at the top right corner of the page. Review your items, and click “Checkout.” Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.

Once your order has left our warehouse you'll get a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number if one is available for your selected shipping service.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding AMEX) and Paypal including Paypal pay in 3 and Paypal Finance. 

If you shop in branch you'll be given a copy of your invoice at the tills.

For orders placed on our website your invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. We also include a copy of your invoice in your parcel.

You can view previous website orders, download copies of those orders, or shop from them again when you are logged in and visit your account page.

All online orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are shipped the same day.

During peak shipping periods like Black Friday and the run up to Christmas there may be courier delays so please order in plenty of time to allow for any unforeseen delays.

Royal Mail is not a tracked service and we cannot guarantee any delivery times for 1st or 2nd class post, if you need your order by a specific date please select either DHL or DPD shipping.

We use DPD and DHL as our couriers. You can also select Royal Mail if you're placing a small order.  You can choose your shipping option when you're in the checkout page.

  • Courier Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Saturday Delivery is available, depot dependant, with an additional charge.
  • Couriers will automatically attempt delivery the next working day if no one is available to accept delivery on the first attempt.
  • Items will be returned to us on third delivery attempt. If an order is returned to us as undelivered please get in touch and we can credit the value of the goods less any return charge, or we can take a further delivery payment and send the goods out again.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email from us confirming dispatch and, if you have selected DPD or DHL, the email will include your tracking number. Please check your email spam folder if you can't find the email. Use this tracking reference on the courier’s website to track your delivery. You may also receive email/app/text updates on your delivery direct from the courier depending on your individual contact setting with them.

Please note: Royal Mail orders are non-tracked. If your Royal Mail 1st class delivery hasn’t arrived within 7 days, please contact our customer service team at help@tigerfeet.com. We will not be able to refund or resend until the 7 days have elapsed.

If you have a problem with your delivery (missing or damaged items) please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receipt of your order. Please email help@tigerfeet.com with your, name, address, order number and details/photos of the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

If your delivery has not arrived and was sent by courier (DHL or DPD) please check your tracking directly with the courier. If you can't find the answer you need please contact us on the live chat or email help@tigerfeet.com and we'll do our best to help.

If you delivery has not arrived and was sent by Royal Mail please allow 7 days before emailing help@tigerfeet.com with your order infomation.

 

Once your online order has been processed by our warehouse we cannot cancel or change the order. Please call our customer support team on 0113 2000262 to check the status of your order to see if we are able to cancel or change it.

To change your name, email address or phone number: For security reasons you cannot edit your name, email address or phone number on the website. Please email help@tigerfeet.com from the current email address registered on your account to request a change to any of these.
