Shipping INFORMATION

(1) Shipping Policy

Delivery: Order before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) - your order will be shipped the same day 

Store Collection: Order before 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) to collect in store at our Bradford branch.
 

(2) UK Shipping: 

Standard Shipping - orders under £90 + VAT

Royal Mail 1st Class Non-tracked* - £3.75 +VAT  (Only available for orders under £20 + VAT)

DHL Next working Day- £5.50 +VAT

DPD Next working Day - £6.50 +VAT            

DHL out of area 2 day** - £6.50 +VAT

DPD out of area 2 day*** - £10.00 +VAT

(3) International Shipping: 

We don't offer direct international shipping but you can still buy from us if you are outside the UK. Please see our FAQ page under 'Where do you deliver to?' to find out how to order.

 

(4) Order Dispatch:

All orders received by 3pm (DHL/DPD/Royal Mail) on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after these times, or on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays),will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that our warehouse does not currently operate on weekends or bank holidays. All orders received after 3pm (DHL/DPD/Royal Mail) on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday weekend).
 

(5) Missing/Late Orders: 

Once your order is dispatched, we are reliant on our delivery partners to deliver safely, securely and on time. If your order is not received within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us so that we can investigate this further. You will receive a tracking ID for DHL and DPD deliveries via email - please remember to check your junk folder if you can't find the email.
 

(6) Royal Mail shipping: 

There is no tracking available for Royal Mail 1st Class post and we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe. While Royal Mail state 1-3 days for 1st Class post, we find, especially during peak periods that it can take upto 7 days. If you need your order by a certain date we would recommend selecting DPD or DHL courier shipping options. 

If you have not received your Royal Mail 1st Class delivery after 7 days please email your name and order number to help@tigerfeet.com and we can check the QR code to see if a delivery attempt has been made. The QR code cannot tell us where your parcel is up to, it will only state if a delivery attempt has been made.

Please always check with neighbours or in a your usual safe place (if you have one) before contacting us.

 

(7) Incorrect Address:

If the details entered at checkout are incorrect and you haven't informed us of a change of address prior to your order being collected by the courier, we will be unable to replace or refund your order until it is returned to us by the courier (this can take upwards of 2 weeks after the original delivery). 

If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, or uncollected from the delivery depot, please get in touch with us. We can credit the value of the product (not any delivery charges paid) less any return fee charged to us by the courier or arrange to resend the order (a further shipping charge will be payable if you would like it resending).
