(3) International Shipping: 

We do not currently offer international shipping

 

(4) Order Dispatch:

All orders received by 3pm (DHL/DPD) on a working day will be dispatched the same day. All orders received by 12pm (Roya Mail) on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after these times, or on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays),will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that our warehouse does not currently operate on weekends or bank holidays. All orders received after 12pm (Royal Mail) and 3pm (DHL/DPD) on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday weekend). 

 

(5) Missing/Late Orders: 

Once your order is dispatched, we are reliant on our delivery partners to deliver safely, securely and on time. If your order is not received within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us so that we can investigate this further. You should receive a tracking ID via email - please remember to check your junk folder.

 

(6) Royal Mail common issues if your item is late: 

Please check your tracking ID on the Royal Mail website. This should state a delivery time/date, a POD (proof of delivery) should be present if the goods have already been delivered. Please note you will only be able to track your goods on the Royal Mail website once the first delivery attempt has occurred.

If no one is in on the first delivery attempt, Royal Mail should leave a red slip, however, service is not always consistent and sometimes no note is left. Please refer to the above for next steps should this be the case.

If Royal Mail do not leave the parcel/s, you will need to use tracking ID to either select a re-delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.

If tracking ID states successfully delivered but you do not have the item or a red slip, please check with a neighbour and safe place outside - outcome is dependent on your local post person.

 

(7) Incorrect Address:

If the details entered at checkout are incorrect and you haven't informed us of a change of address prior to your order being collected by the courier, we will be unable to replace or refund this order until it is returned to us by the courier (can be upwards of 2 weeks after original delivery). 

If an item is returned to Tigerfeet LTD as undeliverable, or uncollected from the delivery depot, we will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
